LOCATION

A one-hour flight from Vancouver and Whistler – but world’s apart, The Lodge at Chilko Lake is intentionally hard to drive to so its intimacy will never be compromised.  You can drive in from Highway 20 (Between Bella Coola and Williams Lake) but the flight by small aircraft to our airstrip is the best way to start your trip. 

Direct flights to The Lodge depart on Thursdays and Sundays from Vancouver. Alternatively, if you prefer a private charter, simply contact us and we’ll set you up with your own private plane or floatplane from downtown Vancouver or Whistler.  Commercial flights are available to nearby Anahim Lake (1.5 hr drive).  

En route you’ll fly over a virtually endless wilderness – staggering mountain ranges, eternal glaciers, epic pine forests, mythic waterfalls, lakes so pale and blue they look like tropical seas – needless to say, The Lodge at Chilko Lake is top shelf living but lets not forget why you come here…it’s the adventure of course…
